cidb: Consequences of Making False or Misleading Submissions / Declarations

The Construction Industry Development Board has published -in terms of regulation 29(26)of the
Construction Industry Development Regulations - the details of the findings and sanctions of the
investigating committee as Government Gazette 764 No. 40996.

Herein it can be seen, that the consequences of making false or misleading submissions / declarations are treated in a very serious manner by the cidb.  The sanctions imposed can range from significant fines, reductions in grades, or even being prohibited from carrying out any tender / construction work for organs of state.
