The Minister of Trade and Industry has signed the Construction Code of Good Practice. This means that the Construction Codes which was gazetted on 5 June 2009 will be an official Code of Good Practice in terms of section 9 of the B-BBEE Act 53 of 2003, and will have an equal status to any other Code. |
