SAFCEC received its BEE certificate from an accredited Verification Agency. We are happy to inform members that we obtained a level 3 compliance status on Code 800. This will enable all members to qualify their spending on subscriptions at 110% of the value for the purpose of procurement. In the procurement element 12 points are allocated for general procurement and 3 points for procurement from QSE’s. SAFCEC qualify as QSE under the three points as well as under the general procurement points. The certificate is valid until the 16^th of March 2011.
